• Our men's and women's sandals are available in whole and half sizes only. Our men's and women's closed toe-shoes are available in whole and half sizes.
• With Vionic shoes, as with all orthotics, users may experience a “breaking in” period characterized by a slight feeling of discomfort. This is due to the fact that our bodies need time to adapt to the supportive technology which many of us may not be used to. It is recommended that customers allow a few days for the feet to adjust to the unique feel.
• We are committed to consumers well-being with every step and are confident Vionic Shoes will help bring them relief from heel pain. We offer a 30 day guarantee policy on our products which allows consumers up to 30 days to return our shoes or their money back.
